4521 with 4501. A suspicious person's, 421 Tower Avenue. 421 Tower Ave between Solana Ave and Court Street in Solana. I'll be meeting with a Christopher Shields. There's a resident here that's an older male. Caller sees a 20s white male and a 20s white female wearing black hoodies and black pants. They're sitting crouched on the right side of the house in the driveway. It looks like they're going through.
