Responding 11085 Little Patuxent Parkway to the Medical Arts Building. Caller is advising a patient was discharged and is now refusing to leave. Suspect is a number one female, approximately 5 feet tall, in purple scrubs, a gray sweatshirt, and yellow socks. Should be in the basement of the building. 1805. We'll take that, Engine 101. Tower 10, 1805. Engine 11. Engine 11, respond 13047 Hallshop Road.
