Central units in the South County, Phoenix, Medford area, attempt to locate reckless vehicle, last seen in the area of Birch Street near South Pacific Highway. It's a beige sedan, partial plate of 520. Female driver was driving recklessly, brake-checking others, waving arms and driving aggressively and swerving. Last seen pulling into the park just north of the area. Central's clear, 1505, KD 614, KOA 525.
