213, copy, hit-and-run just occurred. Go ahead. East State Highway 114, westbound at south, East Southlight. Caller advised that an unknown, make-up-of-vehicle that was blue in color had hit them. Possibly bearing the license plate Victor X-ray Zebra 3507 X-ray, correction, Victor X-ray Zebra 3507. We also have a holding minor accident, 3100 East East Service Road, involving a Nissan Altima and a blue Toyota Corolla.
