Falls 213, Falls 215, VC at DJ's Gold Post, North 81, West 15094 Appleton Avenue. It's for a male by the name of David Quartz who was passed out on a bench outside of Rosati's, a couple of doors down, and the caller is assuming it's 961 related. He's wearing all black clothing and has a backpack with him. He's been passed out on the bench for over two hours and was vomiting and urinating. At the laundromat earlier today.
