26, I'll try it by phone. outside DOC at 290 East Main Street, unit 8. RP's advising their subject is arguing with owners of the property. Suspect tried to come in and after being told to leave, began to argue. A White male, 50 to 60 years of age, blue t-shirt, dark gray slacks, camo boots, blue backpack, green and beige ball cap, has a bicycle.
