10-4. 2476 Pennsylvania Avenue, 2476 Pennsylvania Avenue, Elk River Bar and Grill, cross of Knollwood Drive. Caller says there's been a steep wall in the subject. Was discharged from the hospital, was walking home to Elk View area. Male's been having issues with drinking. Called the caller and said that he was sliding down a brick wall near this location.
