Code 2 1060 southbound Racine for a white-black dump truck. Apparently, it's causing a traffic hazard with dust and rocks. Nobody was following it. WCC called it in. I believe it possibly could have turned into that alleys and gravels. You could just 10-3 the roadway and advise if I need to contact County Highway for cleanup.
