Yes, sir, can I get you to arrive on 19th Street South and 5th Avenue South? A caller called in and stated there's a white pickup truck blocking the sidewalk, and he's handicapped and he can't get through. The white pickup truck is by impact. I'm trying to get a hold of the company so they can get a driver to try to move it, but he's unable to get through. Can you check that out and see if you see him? He's going to be a white male on a walker.
