Postal 1, I got scene on 1 priority. It started at 4692 East Shields, now they're going to be at 4798 East Simpson. Disorder with a client, they said he's having some type of episode. I'm trying to confirm what he's doing exactly. It's going to be a white male, heavy build, black hoodie, jeans, shoes, unknown weapons. They believe he's possibly high. Any units to break?
