QSL, can you have some units respond to Northwest 3 Avenue and 1 Street? I have a black male just flagged me down. He was hit in the head with a brick. White male took off running. He went southbound on 3 Avenue and, I guess, eastbound on Flagler Street. QSL, he had on a black shirt.
