Probably to all downtown units in the area of East Cabarrus Street and South Blount Street, East Cabarrus, South Blount, be on the lookout for approximately four vehicles racing left out of the parking garage and are now headed southbound on Blount Street. It's going to be a white Mustang, blue stripe, and two other vehicles.
