It was a high speed chase. I saw it when I was sitting at the light at Davis and Escarpment. White SUV was speeding west on Davis and turned north on Escarpment. By the time I got like 400 feet down Davis they were behind us, I guess the runner pulled a uturn on Escarpment and headed back east on Davis. I pulled over to get out of the way, but they ended up stopping behind us. It was DPS, they pulled at least one guy out and handcuffed him. I hope it wasn't ICE too.
