621 Tom, I copy the 236, 1675 East Morton Ave, unit 1142. Occurred 15 minutes ago at the time of the call. Black male, 40s, 5'10", average build, no known weapons, unknown clothing description, was in a silver Ford Escape, license plate 3 William Adam 0 Henry Bravo, parking complainant's spot. They confronted the car, got into a verbal. They reached back and pulled out a gun and then threatened the complainant.
