I have a disturbance over at Lincoln and Peterson. Someone pulled up to her while she was walking, made racist remarks towards her. She doesn't feel safe being outside. Two occupants, both male, Asian, offenders in a white-gray vehicle. Plate Charlie Mary 91344. Caller will be inside Culver's waiting.
