West Valley and Valley Traffic Units, information on an ADW with a vehicle occurred at eastbound Victory at the 405. Suspect vehicle's a black Toyota Corolla, partial license plate 9 Paul Young. Again, 9 Paul Young. Suspect deliberately bumped into an older model black small four-door sedan during a road rage incident. PR entered the 405 freeway. The suspects continued eastbound. The driver kept reaching down for an unknown object.
