RP's advising there's a BMA in a brown hoodie and black jogging pants that threw an object at the RP's vehicle and cracked the window. Suspect last seen walking towards the Dixon Bay Fair and then turned on the Country Fair. He's walking away. The RP saw him light something on fire and threw it into a nearby ditch. RP's standing by in a dark gray Subaru for contact. 800 South 1st at the cemetery.
