Okay, 32, we have a person with a knife off of the Kennedy inbound at Fullerton. Nicole's calling. She states that there was a male Black with a knife in the area, tried to attack her. She refused EMS. She'll be waiting out at location in a white hoodie and jeans by the viaduct. The offender was under the viaduct, last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. No further.
