For a couple juveniles reported to be on dirt bikes, 505ing up and down Valletta Way and 21st Avenue in 6B for the past 10 minutes. I guess this ongoing issue is that the neighbor, this is going to be a green dirt bike with a subject with a white helmet. Hunter and Ryder has a black helmet. Check to be clear, 1748 hours.
