Attention District 3 units, just be on the lookout for a couple juveniles, reported to be dirt bikes, up and down the way and 21st Avenue in Speed. For the past 10 minutes, I guess this ongoing issue is that the neighbors, it's going to be green dirt with a subject with a white helmet. Other rider has a apartment. TAC pretty clear, 1748 hours.
