Caller reporting a 13-year-old white male last seen wearing a black shirt, came into the restaurant saying he ran away from Mountain Crest a few hours ago and just woke up on the side of the road. Seems confused, would not give the caller's name. At 2043. 543, copy. 643, got it. 3600, clear.
