Plainville Fire, report of electrical fire, 8113 Dexter Parkway, cross of West Genesee Road and Connell Terrace, via the Tassone's Wine Garden. It's a cell phone caller reporting an electrical fire coming from the ceiling in the bar area, now indicating smoke in the bar with an electrical burning odor. TAC 4 at 2042.
