4230. 4210. 4210, reference to this nuisance run, 1900 East Seymour. Witness called it in. They advised that there were subjects canceling at that location. Told our complainant that they had a firearm. They left the location. Both suspects did on a scooter headed down Hirsch. Our complainant does not want to speak with police.
