All cars 1063 in the area of I-40 East, exit 210, preference A&R, be on the lookout for a newer model Ford F-250, going down 80, or correction, 40 eastbound, possibly have split-offs on the 73s. Affirming in and out of lanes, caller was a passerby, and 28 was Robert Lincoln Tom 5926. No further at this time, communications clear, 2035.
