Broadcasting, information only. Motors had a minibike take off from them in the area of McKinley and 1st. Last seen headed northbound. Rider was a Hispanic male in a red jersey with number 3 on it and black writing. It was a loud red minibike. No further at this time. Fresno 1, clear.
