at 2026. Caller had three to five shots, saw a Black male with a white tank top, pulled a firearm out and fired into the air, was near a silver Chevy Malibu. Caller left the location. District 1 for a welfare check of a child at Belzer, 7555 East 56. Frank 265, can you copy plate? Go ahead. Both cars at 2027. It looks like it's going to be our runaway, reference CAD 20.
