Go for both. For 4 and 3, if units can respond to the area of the AA Mart, 804 Lake Street. Looking for a black female wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans. Apparently had some alcohol with her. Appears to be intoxicated near the viaduct. Apparently she tried to reach in the caller's pocket. Callers refused. Continued on. Looking to check on that female. Black female, black hoodie, blue jeans near the viaduct. 10-4.
