Near the board in 12, a suspicious person reported from the TMA's at Adam and Wood, Wood and Adam. TMA said there's two male blacks wearing green vests in the middle of the street. Apparently, they're scamming people for parking. We have one on the north end and the other's on the south end. They're working both corners. Nothing further.
