This one's going to be a drive, I-40 eastbound on-ramp at the 104. Y-4 Explorer on the outside shoulder, RP states that a male subject by the name of Shane will not get out of her vehicle. He's getting aggressive but not armed. Canadian County has also been advised, and there is not a Henry unit close.
