24. 24. Came over as a disturbance originally, Milwaukee and Kyler. Older male, white with gray hair, wearing a gray and black knitted beanie, black leather jacket, blue jeans, walk on a gray and white long hair. Dog asked the caller to sell his child to him. Last seen headed westbound on Kyler. Now it's coming over as a mental health disturbance. 4058 North Milwaukee. Same male, harassing patrons.
