Hollywood 44, 111. 1325 Old Monrovia Road, Old Monrovia Flat. Caller's advising there's a child in the driver's seat of a vehicle hanging out the window, yelling hello to everyone. It's going to be a dark gray, silver Nissan sedan. I cannot see his adult with the child.
