At Chris's Barbershop, 1014 Hospital Drive. The complainant, Wayne, requested patrol for a male, white, dark hair and a beard, wearing a ball cap, orange shirt, carrying a backpack. The male stopped the complainant, asking about an older female who lives above the business. When the complainant left, the male was yelling the female's name outside, last seen five minutes ago. Patrol request only.
