roll. It's going to be a just occurred man with weapon, 21st Ave South, 30th Street South, 2130. Complaintant was driving past the man walking and he flashed a gun at her. Time lapse of two minutes for this. He's a black male, early 20s, 6 foot, skinny-build with threads. He took it out of his jacket, flashed it at the caller and then put it back in his jacket.
