Central to any unit in the area of 25th and Jackson Street. 25th and South Jackson Street. Our caller states that there are two juveniles on dirt bikes, riding back and forth eastbound and westbound on 25th. They live on the corner of 25th and Monroe. There's a red and white bike and a green and white dirt bike. Both juveniles are white males, and they're out there riding now.
