East 4. East 403. 4. I got a reader picture, got a priority. 8th and Monmouth. That's 8th Street and Monmouth Street. Third party caller saw a group of males on mopeds causing problems and blocking traffic. Stated they got off the mopeds and are now beating up a random person at the location. MC's notified. 8th and Monmouth.
