I'll be in service, Code 8. 10-4, stand by for a call, District 8. 8, go ahead. 10 and 8 suspicious by the Timothy House, 1435 North 15th. East of North 15th Street near the railroad tracks, there's a male running around, quote, being weird and possibly on signal 200. It's a white male in a white coat or shirt and dark colored pants. And on the east side of the Timothy House, 10 and 8.
