Glad the victims are ok. The victims and the dogs will suffer do to the irresponsible pet owner. Always the innocent get hurt. The victim and the dogs were terrified, that is why the dogs attacked they are scared and in their natural state as an animal they were protecting themselves. I hope the owners are arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
