1. Callers at the chiropractic office at 16704 International Boulevard. It's in the dirt and grassy area between the chiropractic office and the Ramada Inn. There's a subject laying on the ground. He was not super coherent when the RP tried to wake him up, but he is surrounded by bottles, a backpack and a jacket. No weapons seen. Described as a white male in his 40s, black t-shirt, blue jeans, and only one shoe.
