Have a shoplifting, 1330 North Eisenhower Drive at Walmart and Beckley. Caller advised that there was a black male wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and red and black shoes, that they were attempting to stop, and the subject had dropped the merchandise and ran out of the GM side, going toward Lowe's.
