1478, westbound on Crawford from Ohio. There should be a FedEx semi. RP's advising there's a large branch on the top of the semi, this loose. It's concerned that it will come off and hit another vehicle. Ultimately, the semi hit a cable wire somewhere on Ohio between Republic and Kraut, and came down. If you're able to check that as well. 10-4.
