Reference to a weed eater that was taken out of the city cart. Your complainant, Raymond Lewis, works at the Parks Department. He advised that a subject pulled up in a red Kia Soul, unknown tag, possibly a 2012 to 2017, had dark tinted windows. Left northbound on Country Club about five minutes ago. Reference to a weed eater that was taken out of the city cart.
