Suspicious person. Suspicious person at the Walmart, 488 West State Highway 71. For a white male, currently wearing a red hat, camo t-shirt, gray windbreaker pants. The subject was seen ripping tags off of clothes and putting the items on. The man is currently in the men's apparel section. Requesting a CTW. 167, you can put me en route to that. 10-4.
