3, around me on 3, 10-65, signal 13. Around me on 3. Around me on 3. Signal 13, Northwest 8th Avenue and 12th Street. Caller's with GRU, advised he was in the woods in the area and found a tent with a really foul odor coming from it. He will not be approaching the tent. The tent is red, yellow, and white. He's parked on the side of 12th Street, just west of the basketball courts. A Quinn Jones will be a GRU truck pulling a box trailer. He can show us where the tent is. 743.
