171, 363. All units, let's start to 4th and Los Tranchos. Once again, 4th and Los Tranchos for a 10-10. Looks like it's a priority 1. It was concerned due to the roadway being blocked, advising there are multiple vehicles and pedestrians trying to get into Rosales Chili on the east side of 4th Street. Caller's concerned due to the amount of people that are walking in the roadway, they've seen multiple almost accidents.
