Boy. 1 Boy 31. Going to be from the Ballard House at 2445 Northwest 57. There was a male outside, appeared to be possibly in crisis, was on the north side of the building, yelling to himself, throwing trash around, trying to take a garbage can that belonged to the building. He then walked off westbound in the alley with said green garbage can. He's a white male, mid-40s, thin-build, shirtless and gray pants. 2445 Northwest 57.
