22. 22, I'm pretty sure it's the offender from there calling in shots fired at 79th and Wolcott, but he's peeing over there on Artesian. He's rambling, saying a male shot at him, refusing to meet police, but his name is Mark Derrick.

822. 822, unfortunately I got to send you south, 74 and Artesian. Getting a couple calls of a person shot. Looks like the call, the first call that they got, somehow he got Oaklawn, transferred over, saying that his cell tower is pinging over here. First ticket says he got shot at 69 and Wolcott. He got a graze wound to the hand. He's now at 95 and Cicero, which I think is, I don't know how they got Oaklawn. Maybe he was transferred. And then I got a third party caller saying that he was shot at.
