1 Alpha 79, 1 Alpha 75, this is Sam 7 to copy, an incident in progress at 6730 4th Avenue. It's 622 and 623. They're both vacant. There's subjects going in and out of the apartments. The only description we have is a male, Black adult and a female, White adult with red hair, possibly with another male. 927 in progress in 7C, Sam 7 to copy.
