Medic 8. Medic 8, Gold Cross 579, 1704 South Main Street at the Manny's Neighborhood Bar. On a 35-year-old male who was punched and became unconscious, is now conscious, breathing, not alert, bleeding from the back of the head. Suspect left the scene going unknown direction, unknown if they left on foot or in a vehicle. State to your discretion, police have the call and they're en route.
