My family friend got evicted from that place under the Ellis Act after a fire at that same property. The original fire was labeled an accident (a bunch of lacquer donated rags spontaneousley catching on fire, left there by a friend of the late owners son.
Too bad that the owners are trying the same thing AGAIN!
