2520, copy. 1629 South. Copy that. And, yes, it's going to be between Mill and Lynx Hollow. It was a male that was laying on the shoulder with his head on the flag line. Then he got up, was moving in and out of traffic, and in front of traffic. RP thought he was intentionally trying to get hit. Last seen walking northbound on the northbound side, and RP was a passerby who's since left the area.
